Pour juice/cider into a pot. Combine cinnamon, allspice and cloves and tie in a cheesecloth. Add to juice with the sliced oranges. Heat until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours. Cool and refrigerate.
Combine equal parts cider mixture and Willie’s Remedy Sparkling Water and serve. Makes about 6 servings.
Brew Willie’s Remedy tea in boiling water according to instructions on tin. Pour a single shot of whiskey into mugs, if desired. Top with tea and sweeten to taste with agave syrup. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Brew coffee according to instructions on bag. Add bourbon, almond liqueur and agave syrup. Stir together with cinnamon stick until agave syrup dissolves. Top with whipped cream.
Brew 2 grams of tea in 8 ounces of boiling water. Sweeten tea to taste with honey or agave. Freeze tea in ice-cube trays. Fill glasses with tea ice. Pour a double shot of rum in each glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a squeezed lime wedge.
